Hi everyone!

Just had my second child this past October and want to try and lose 20 pounds. I don't have time to really work out between work and the two children under 4. I had gestational diabetes when I was pregnant with my daughter, so I'm not looking to be as strict with dieting because I did it already for months!!! But I figured I can be a bit more lenient if I count my calories and semi watch what I'm eating? Thoughts? Any advice would be appreciated! Needing some encouragement, I want to be healthy and lose this belly fat!

Maybe incorporating mainly Whole Foods in your routine would be a start.

I had a baby in April and am just now being able to lose weight. It's frustrating and hard to ever leave my baby anywhere. I've been eating lots of grilled chicken, protein shakes and Atkins items from Walmart. I go on YouTube when the baby is sleeping and get in 15 minute workouts when I can throughout the day! You got this girl! Keep your head up! Add me for a friend if you'd like! I need motivation too! :)

I had my second child in July. I just started trying to loose weight. I did the calorie counting but wasn't helping. I'm on a strict low carb food plan but I also have like 80 to 90 pounds to loose. I could always use new friends. feel free to add me . you can do this. Goodluck
