New & frustrated.

I'm retired & thought I was going to get into shape when I had more time. I wasn't expecting all these other obstacles! Not liking to cook, trying to drink more water, and bad eating habits are difficult to reign in. But I'm trying to take it a step at a time. :)

    Retraining habits is a very hard task, but like you said, one step at a time. Last time I was on here I let small missteps undue me. If/when you slip up, just brush it off and continue on. You can add me if you wish :)

    I have an idea posting food before eating it may be a good preventative measure! Especially after yesterday! :/
