Hi :)

After saying for ages I am going to lose weight and tone up, I am actually going to start after weighing myself this morning and crying!

Ive booked a holiday for August and want to drop two dress sizes for it!

Any advice/hints and tips for both meals and exercises will he hugely appreciated!

    Congrats on starting your journey :):)

    I think that you should follow the calories given by MFP to lose the weight you entered in the app.

    Walking does more than you think :)
