Hi Im Starting Ketos today. Is there any others doing ketos on here maybe give some tips/advice

Hi! I just started it yesterday. Have you heard that you can have one cheat day per week? It's supposed to reset your metabolism.0

I have be doing LCHF for several months with great success. Cheat day is only a set back. Cheat days once a week are for those that do intense exercise to replace large amounts of glucogen back into muscles. For normal people it is just a set back. Body builders call this carb cycling. If you are tracking at the beginning, try for 5% carbs, 25% protein and 70% fat. After a bit you don't even track since counting carbs is all that matter. BEWARE the many hidden carbs. Congrats on your start of this WOE.0
