Wanting to exercise more but I have limited mobility. Does anybody have any suggestions?

I have limited mobility and have to walk with 2 crutch canes or use a wheelchair for really high pain days. I used to be very active when I was younger before I become sick with MS and then bone cancer. I need to find an exercise routine/program that I can get more active and lose some of the weight I have gained in last year or so. Please, can anyone help me out?

There are various exercise programs test can be done sitting. The key to weight loss is eating at a calorie deficit. Weight loss happens in the kitchen. Exercise is for fithesd.0

Excuse me for saying this, but diet will have a bigger influence on your weight. Of course, getting more active can boost your sense of wellbeing and make you generally healthier. But diet will be the main element in losing weight, not exercise.0
