1200 calories a day. Is this good for losing weight and keeping it off?

1200 is too little calories in my opinion. It's ok for losing the weight, but eventually you will plateau and not lose anymore. The main thing b you should focus on is eating foods higher in protein, and lower in fats. I hope this helped!2

When eating that many calories and exercise everyday eventually plateau? When and if I do do I just do more exercising?0
