Take it one healthy choice at a time rather its eating right or taking the stairs. It all adds up.0

I am the same but I'm now not sure of my weight. My digital scale says 95kg my other one says 91kg and the doctors one says I'm 90kg.
Pretty sure both my scales are broken but I'm defiantly above 90...
Anyway! You'll find plenty motivation in the success forums!

I used small goals. For example, it would be 10 pound decrement. Oh I'm at 168, I wonder if I can get to 160. And then when I'm at 160, I try to reach 150.
When you start losing weight, it's best to be around people who support you and encourage you. For example, the mfp community, family, friends. They'll start commenting and complementing the weight you lost- and suddenly it doesn't feel like you're doing this alone.
Go at your own speed. Losing weight takes time, and shouldn't be a race. As long as you see the goal as inevitable, it'll help coping with setbacks. Losing weight is a routine. Don't let it be an emotional obsession.1 -

Cheers Guys! For a week now I've been recording what I eat here, 1200 calories low carb, I've also did my healthy meal prep for the whole work week. Cardio everyday. Its been a lot of good stuff and scales still the same but I feel healthy and less bloated. I'm looking for more friends here to join me on my weightloss journey. Hoping for good result2

Add me!! I'm 5'3 too and originally weighed 181lbs. I now weigh 147 and my first main goal is 142 (healthy BMI) and then 128. I will then reevaluate. I agree with making milestone goals and breaking it down, it doesn't make it sound so daunting!0
