Ugh...post holiday weigh-in :(

Hi, all you lovely people! I'm new to My Fitness Pal and looking forward to some interaction/discussions. I'm a late-30's woman with just over 20 lbs to lose. In the past I lost 50, and have gained back half of it...seemingly overnight! It was a pretty rude awakening when I stepped on the scale this morning, although I knew from the way I've been avoiding jeans and wearing leggings instead that I had gained some. Anyway, cheers! (with a non-calorie drink. haha)
