Sometimes I want to drink a whole bottle of whiskey in the bathtub and dictate angry hate mail to George Lucas by screaming at my talk to text program on the computer in the next room. So I do it and fit it into my calories and also apologise to my neighbours.6

I'm trying VERY hard to avoid the weekly food fair outside my office building. Considering I prelog and prep I have no calories for yummy food

It's all about balance. For me I I think I personally have to grind hard to get to the "goal" and then after comes the bacon and cheese.0
