Since the beginning of the month when I started on the journey my flabby tummy at the top twinges and stuff. It's either weight loss *fingers crossed* or my body's weird changed since I've just stopped breast feeding and my milk is drying up possibly getting ready for my 1St menstrual cycle for over a year.
Though can you feel weight loss?

I'm not sure I totally understand your question. But IME when you're used to eating a normal amount or especially if you're used to over-eating (which obviously most people who are trying to lose weight have been doing to some extent) and then start cutting your calorie intake to an amount that will allow weight loss then yes, you will have different intestinal sensations. It's not actually "weight loss" you're feeling but different sensations due to reduced food intake.0
