I always do good during the day, I eat my last meal around 6-7, but then later I always find myself eating things and not being so carefull with that. Any tips to help me stay away from the food?

If you're just eating out of boredom in the evenings, look for ways to distract yourself.

I find anything that occupies your hands is good- video games, knitting, drawing etc. You could also start moving your workout to evenings to give you something to do besides eat.

If you are genuinely more hungry in the evenings, it's simply a matter of reshuffling your calories so you have some available for a snack. If you save a couple of hundred for after dinner, you can have dessert or something like popcorn or cheese and crackers.

Good advice. I have to start saving some calories in the day for that. I get cravings for salt and sweet at 7pm. Not sure why, but a box of crackers later and I'm thinking, "well, that wasn't good."

This always happens to me too. I can eat healthy in the day time but always get craving in the evening
