As you can see I lost a lot of weight in the first week. I've been eating very healthily (haven't cheated once) but I think part of it will be water weight and I had gained some pounds during Christmas, so I always notice that that comes of twice as quickly again.4 -

Only started my diet on the Wednesday (back to work that day) so I've been back on track for exactly one week tomorrow! Success. Also managed to stick to 10k steps yesterday, time for day two.
Struggle: Had 1/4 of a pizza crunch (deep fried pizza: Scottish haha!) at lunch today because somebody didn't finish it.. Now only have 40 calories spare after dinner. Might not manage to keep under target calories! Also going out for dinner for my boyfriends sisters 21st tomorrow so that'll be another day off plan.3 -
