Been out of the dating scene for a while. Finally ready to put myself out there again. Looking for an honest, fun, loving guy to spend some time with. I'm a very strong independent woman. I have a great sense of humor and I genuinely care about people. I'm very outgoing and not afraid to speak my mind. I'm young at heart and looking for a friend that may lead into something more. I'm also a widow and have a 13yr old at home.

Calorie counting is a sure fire thing once you find your balance of "optimal calories" but exercise is also important, if you can't find the balance, just stick with calorie counting.0
