I'd be willing to bet a year's salary that I could easily lose weight (mostly fat) and not change my diet whatsoever, outside of eating a packet of sugar straight every day.
How, you may ask?
I'd simply move a bit more.
I'd then make billion$ by claiming that eating additional sugar, without changing diet, burns fat.5 -
I think he's being sarcastic.0

Interesting responses y'all. Thanks for your input.0

Did you read the actual study or just the ad using the study to sell product? I haven't looked up the study yet, just wondering if you did.1

It's just after the New Year, so all the fad/woo pushers in the diet/weight loss industry are out in force to prey upon the new "Resolutioners" looking for the magic potion/pill that will quickly and effortlessly melt that fat off them. Happens every year.
ACV is just one more scam that won't do jack squat for weight loss.4 -
Someone posted in another thread about the increase in deaths from people guzzling vinegar.
Need to find that...

Oh wow, I guess I should read ALL the threads before posting something huh? My apologies if I increased your heart rate and got you closer to a heart attack with this post. I will have to agree about the terrible smell.2

This nonsense has been around since the 1970's. If it really did work I think it would have been proven by a reputable source.....not the "Muscle PHD Academy."2

I use it for other things not weight loss3

I've lost 21 lbs by taking it every morning and I no longer suffer with acid reflux without changing what I eat or do. So in my case YES it does help with weight loss.2 -

It is physically impossible to lose weight without a calorie deficit, and ACV will not create that deficit for you.
You cut calories somewhere, otherwise you would not have lost weight.
It's physics, and none of us defy the laws of physics.7
