To log exercise, or not?

I'm definitely a "bandwagon" user of MFP. I try really hard to remember to track everything I eat! and I'm usually pretty good for a few months. And then I fall off and won't log in for months at a time.
However, I recently got a Fitbit Blaze, and I really enjoy the app on my phone! I've synced it with MFP, and even have the app on my phone now as well as a Widget, so get daily/constant reminders to log which has helped me- So far I'm on a 9 day streak (whoo, I survived a weekend with logging my food!). I love how my Fitbit app incorporates the calories I've consumed and will adjust my target ranges so I know where I'm at.
One thing- do you log exercise on your MFP if you're tracking mostly in your Fitbit app? I personally don't- which can be a little frustrating, as I have a tendency to go over my calories here on this site, but be under my target consumption on the Fitbit app based on the output I have. I'm thinking that means I should bump up my daily calories goal on here, because maybe I'm not quite as sedentary as I initially thought (I do work out 3-5 times a week, but since I work in an office job, I said I was sedentary as I do sit in front of a computer for several hours a day typically.)
What are your thoughts? Personal experiences?

I used to have a Fitbit One, it was provided by my company, and we'd have competitions with small cash prizes, which lowered everybody's health insurance premiums. The One is the one you keep in your pocket. I didn't think about it much back then.
Now I have a Garmin watch. It does useful things for different types of exercise: it tells me my pace when I run, and can use my heart data to find my lactate threshold and my threshold pace. On the bike it keeps track of my power output. When I hike, it measures the distance, the time I spent hiking, and where I am relative to my destination, to water on the trail, and other things. I put it into the appropriate exercise mode (cycling, skiing, hiking, etc) and it does its thing. Anyway, it automatically forwards the data to MFP, which adjusts my calorie goal for the day based on how active I've been. Works very well for me.0 -
I think if you have your fitbit synced, no you don't separately log exercise.1

I have my account synced, but I don't see it logging my steps, exercises. I've read some tutorials though on how to get it set up, so I think I will do that I just hate seeing that I'm "over" on here, when it says I'm under target and have 500+ calories left on my Fitbit App based on my output.0
