Need a jogging friend

37, starting jogging - need a friend to check I've done it every day (and I'll do the same for them)

    Post it on Facebook. Join a local running group (they are friendly, I promise :) ). Sign up for a distant race and follow a sound training plan (to keep you focused).

    Peer pressure is a wonderful thing.

    BTW - If you have never run before, do not do it every day. Rest is very important. Ideally you should follow a structured plan like 'couch to 5k' or similar. Or find a local running store that offers beginners classes.

    I agree :) my daughter and I finished the couch to 5k program and are now doing the 5 to 10k.
    You only run 3 days a week and it's amazing how quickly you progress.
    I would be happy to help motivate though!

    Feel free to add me. I plan on jogging 6 times a day. I can use the motivation too!
