I've been Keto for two years, down over 100lbs. I'm at a stall so I decided to start tracking again. Looking for like minded friends. I'm the only one in my house that eats this way and looking for a support system. I can be supportive too!

    Hi!! I'm 2 weeks onto keto. I can't wait to be able to say 2 years. Its getting easier day by day. My husband has changed his eating habits but I'm the only one in my home that's straight keto too. I'm in this for the long haul!
