Now that I have your attention:)

Every single night before I go to bed I lay here and read so much and get so motivated, then morning comes..... I hit that snooze button so many times I couldn't even count!
My motivation gets abandoned in my dreams somewhere, and I wake up with a whole different mind set.

Sometime 2015 I could proudly say I was fit and in shape, running 3-4 miles a day within 45 mins! then winter came along and I have no idea where I left my bikini ? Probably under my Winter coat. (bikini/skinny body) (Winter coat/ chubby body)

Well, like I was saying, usually I could motivate myself at night and then it would go away in the morning, but not the past couple days!!
Yesterday and today I ran 7miles! And I feel good about it!! I plan to do it again tomorrow!! One day at a time:)

Trust me, I wish we could sh** it out, but that's not how it works..
We gotta work hard for it and achieve the goal we aspire for!!
It's never too late to start!
