Now that I have your attention:)
Every single night before I go to bed I lay here and read so much and get so motivated, then morning comes..... I hit that snooze button so many times I couldn't even count!
My motivation gets abandoned in my dreams somewhere, and I wake up with a whole different mind set.
Sometime 2015 I could proudly say I was fit and in shape, running 3-4 miles a day within 45 mins! then winter came along and I have no idea where I left my bikini ? Probably under my Winter coat. (bikini/skinny body) (Winter coat/ chubby body)

Well, like I was saying, usually I could motivate myself at night and then it would go away in the morning, but not the past couple days!!
Yesterday and today I ran 7miles! And I feel good about it!! I plan to do it again tomorrow!! One day at a time:)
One step at a time:)
Trust me, I wish we could sh** it out, but that's not how it works..
We gotta work hard for it and achieve the goal we aspire for!!
It's never too late to start!

Yeah, if you want to poop out some fat, take Alli! I would also advise against running another 7 miles today. When just getting back into it, you should only increase your running distance per week by about 10%. Look into the couch2 5k program. Good luck!1

Actually, I read that zero fat comes out in poop. 20% comes out in urine, the rest comes out on exhalation.

I used to get super motivated at night (or at work, or while driving) and realized that I was only motivated at times when it was impossible for me to work out. It took me a long time to go from that mindset to my current one ("It's just what I do/part of my day"). I hear ya!!
P.S. Don't read too far down that alli thread. It's pretty gruesome!1 -

Actually sometimes I feel as if I AM pooping out my fat....like: how can this be??? It's twice as much as I ate???!!!!1
