    Not interested in tats. The sleeves look like blobs of dirt from far away.

    And people gain or lose weight. And that tattoo expands or shrinks with it.

    And you change. Things change. But that tattoo is still there, same design, only with the color faded, and the lines blending into one another, stretched out or wrinkled, mocking you with it's dated design, like old mauve and yellow floral wallpaper in a kitchen with great bones and space and solid construction, but with an owner that decided they "had" to get the popcorn ceiling and the shag carpet.

    Then again, there's Adam Levine.

    I love my tattoos! I'm actually getting the rest of my arm done in the next few months. I think it all depends on the tattoo and the person, some people look good with them and then others don't.

    ^Yeah, I think some people think they look trashy because of the way people have abused them over the years....
    But tattoos began as art in ancient culture.
    All of my tattoos are meaningful and have a background story that connects to my life. It's my form of art for me, personally.
    I keep up with them, if they start fading - I try to go for a retouch. And well if they ever sag when I'm old, at least I'll have a good story to tell about what my tattoo means to me. :)

    I suppose it depends on the tattoo- they can be very nice or trashy as all get out. I used to work at a hospital and the nurses just hated it when someone came in with tattoos ALL over and then whined about getting an IV.

    The guy in the photo quit a hate group, but only after he had tattooed himself quite a bit. He endured months of terrible pain to have them removed.

    I don't mind tattoos, but in moderation. I don't think I could date someone with sleeves,and especially no face or extensive neck tattoos. I've known plenty of sweet guys with most of their bodies done, it just isn't attractive to me.

    Now what I like on a man ... is to be able to see his forehead. Go ahead and call me weird. D: Also, he has to love pets ....

    I typically tend to like a person based on if they are a decent human being or not. If a man is a decent human being, he would be attractive with or without tattoos. But for the sake of answering your question, tattoos are sexy IMO.

    Ink for sure.. even poorly done ones usually have a good story to go with them. I think they are an insight to something the person was going thru or feeling at the time.

    I have a scar on one of my tattoos, but the scar story is pretty boring.
