I'm new to My Fitness Pal. It's been a rough year due to Medical issues & restrictions. I'm approved to walk and I want to start tracking my steps, weight and food so as the restrictions are lifted, I can move forward with my fitness come back! The goal is to come back to Mountain Biking and be more fierce that ever.

I'm no longer on the Doctors restriction list and am easing back in to "activities". I've been going snowboarding right now and looking forward to Mountain biking and hiking. It's really been good for my soul. I'm down 15 pounds now and watching to Carbs. Always watching those carbs! Hahahaha!0
