Happy New Skinny Year! Have a sweet tooth? Try these low fat raw vegan ice cream sandwiches. These are guilt free guilty pleasures! Have as many as you like this recipe makes 8. Injoy! Share!
These will last in your freezer for about 3 months.
Type= Raw Vegan
Tool= A Chocolate Candy Bar Mold, Blender and Food Processor
Fruit= Frozen Bananas
Other= Carob Powder, Agave Nectar, Vanilla Extract, Dried Coconut Chips
DETAILED RECIPE BELOW
Chocolate Breading
Tool= Blender
Ingredients- Carob Powder, Coconut Chips, Agave Nectar, Vanilla Extract
Step 1
Blend 6 Tbsp Coconut Powder, 2 Tbsp Carob Powder, 1 Tbsp Agave Nectar and 1/2 Tsp Vanilla Extract. Pour into your chocolate candy mold and freeze for 24 hours. Repeat the next day to make the second layer. These must stay in the freezer this is a frozen based treat.
Banana Ice Cream Filling
Tool= Food Processor
Fruit- 3 Frozen Bananas
Other- Vanilla Extract
Step 2
Next put 3 bananas in your food processor with 1 Tsp of Vanilla Extract. Whip them up in your food processor until it shapeshifts into ice cream! YUM!
Assembly
Now you must work FAST! Remove your chocolate breading layers from the freezer. Next spread your banana ice cream on them and put back in the freezer to cure. They should be ready to eat in 25 minutes. Injoy! Share!
