Loving these hiit workouts, you can do at home with no equipment, when you just can't get to a class or the gym x0

What workouts do you do? I used to do that with running, found that it had incredible effect for only short time.0

My legs are still sore from thursday , he's called millionaire hoy beginners hiit, by the way I had wet hair by the end of it0

I read that from the bottom up - so your last word I thought was your workout. I'm guessing that you would have lost weight from it;)
Sounds as though you are putting a lot of effort in - that's good. Soreness means that you've used your muscles and they are staring to break down and build again - making them stronger. This is good as the stronger you get, the more calories you will need to maintain them. Bonus:)
Green tea is great. Try it with a bit of ginger in there. Spicy and supposed to increase metabolism.0 -

Well done on turning down the Chinese. So many extra cals there and its way too easy to eat too much:)
Vodka and Diet Coke? Take it vodka on rocks or straight (if at all:) ) - Diet Coke has a lot of sweetener in it. Whilst not proven, it has the same effect on blood sugar as normal sugar without the energy so you get a not too pleasant effect on your weight loss. Sugary tasting stuff makes you want to eat more (in general), alcohol doubly so. Makes it much more difficult when you are starting out.1 -
