Am I the only one who plans her meals and snacks so in advance that I put them down first thing in the morning on my food diary? If I don't end up eating something or change something up, I just correct it. Is it a bad thing though?

Lots of people do. I freestyle a bit more but have a sort of habitual calorie divide throughout the day. No more than 2-300 each for breakfast and lunch and then dinner isn't a chore.

It turned out that was the right way to use my food diary.

I don't use it anymore, but do the same in a spreadsheet.

Yes, I usually prelog to some extent each day.

Yea, I was thinking maybe it's a cheat to put everything down before I eat it or even cook it lol but since I do end up eating it, I guess it's not a cheat. Long as I'm honest in my journal.

I also plan my meals ahead of time. I check the stats on all foods before I cook them or put them in my mouth. I love this app because it really makes you aware of what you have really been really been eating. I just can't seem to get the sodium down. If the fat and sugars and protein are good it seems the sodium is through the roof.
