Ok I've been monitoring my calories for the last 10 days with the Keto diet. Keeping it under 1500calories
Also my macros are always in check 70/20/5
Drink atleast 3000ml of water day
Question is I've only lost 1.7lbs in 10 days.
Why is my weight loss so slow
Advice?

a) 10 days is nothing. Give it at least a month.
b) You'll hold on to water on keto, especially at the beginning.2 -
1.7 pounds is by no means slow1

Just keep it up. Almost 2 lbs in 10 days isn't bad. Just stick with it and check yourself again at the one month mark.1

I am looking for others eating keto. And 1.7 not slow. I have found that sometimes weight loss is weird. I lose nothing and then overnight lose a bunch of weight1

I would give it time. Some people's losses are faster on keto, mainly those who have some form of insulin resistance. Others start off slower. Still, one pound a week is not bad. Congrats on that. Just keep going.
And consider joining the Low Carber Daily MFP group. Lots of keto'ers there to get advice from.xmichaelyx wrote: »a) 10 days is nothing. Give it at least a month.

Actually, people tend to lose water faster on keto. That's why bodybuilders often use it before a show. Gets rid of retained water.0 -
Ok. I'm just a bit disappointed
After 40 I guess everything slows dow. Booo0 -
To lose weight, you need a consistent calorie deficit. Do you weigh everything before you log? What is your height and current weight? 1.7 pounds in 10 days may be right on target for your weight. Age is not a big factor in this. Patience is, though.2

I guess reading others experiences makes me feel blah about my results0

I definitely agree with the others that 1.7 lbs in 10 days is not slow. You should also try to remember that weight loss is not linear. So don't be surprised or disappointed if you see 1-2 lb fluctuations from day-to-day/week-to-week. Just follow your plan and stay the course. If it's helpful, you might consider using a weight trending app like Happy Scale (iOS), Libra (Android), or trendweight.com (web based). Doing so will help you focus on your long term weight loss trend rather than on normal weight fluctuations.0
