You mention exercising every day, but have you been accurately logging ALL of your intake (weighing solids on a scale, measuring liquids, accounting for oil, etc) and staying in a calorie deficit every day?

Hi guys! Nice to meet u here. I guess I need companions along my way. Thanks. To be honest, I had no idea I should take accountability of water or oils. My problem, I guess, is that I eat while cooking. I don't know how to avoid it. I find exercising great but I went through hard times in life and I acquired bad food habits and I do not know how to get rid of them now. Thanks for reading.

Water doesn't count, it has no calories... But anything with calories counts.

Extra bites and tastes can account for hundreds of calories, depending on what you're eating. Could you plan your meal first, then make it so what you're eating is accounted for? (you may be making a big meal to divide up for your family so this may not be possible...)

Staying in a calorie deficit is the only way you're going to see results. You can exercise all you like, but if you're eating too much, you won't get the fat/weight loss results you want.

That's the problem.I cook for six people. I do not go shopping myself neither plan I meals. I just cook what it's given. I must say my habits have improved since I started but it's not enough. I am gonna consider your Advice about weighing every meal. Thanks a lot for your comments
