Reply on weekend struggles

I think it was someone in this group that asked how to stay on track over the weekend. I've had the same problem. What I've done is make my weigh in day Monday so I'm more motivated to stay focused. Also, I try to keep busy. Being bored leads me to mindless "cravings". Hope this helps.

    I'm completely with you there. Monday mornings are my weigh ins and it makes me more focused...a weekend binge won't help the scale movement. I also find that prepping is key to success...if I don't know what I'm going to eat that day, I will pick because I can't make my mind up, that's why I always plan my weeks meals the weekend before and only buy what I need for those meals when I do my shopping. Hope this help also
