Hey guys! I am 24 years old and really working harder to better myself. I've always struggled with my weight especially after I got out of high school and into my serious relationship. The thought of eating healthy was honestly mentally challenging to me. Only because I've always sucked at it... I struggle with what meals to make involving anything healthy. I will say for the past 3 days I have starting making healthy smoothies that I will drink once a day sometimes 2 times a day. If anyone has any healthy ones for weight loss that they could recommend to me that would be great! So far I've been using a handful of spinach, mixed berries, half a banana, and for the liquid unsweetened almond milk and also throwing some chia seeds in there as well. But I am still feeling hungry
I know it's going to take some time for me to adjust considering how unhealthy I'd eat before but I am trying to stay determined that I can do it this time. I'd love to make friends on here who are on the same journey as me!

I'm on a journey, I am going to lose another 100 lbs this year, already lost 24lbs since I started with a PT in mid November.
If I can share what I've found, denying yourself food or foods doesn't work - eat clean, unprocessed food for your main diet & moderation on the rest - stay in your MFP target & log everything - even if it puts you over!
Exercise is everything & don't shy from the weights as well as cardio - it accelerates your base metabolism rate & really helps.
Try not to "lose 100 lbs ... rather, lose 1lb but 100 times" ... don't know why but that makes me feel better
Add if you wish... I don't ramble on quite as much but do log every day!
