Water weight?

I've been logging for 20 days now. I've gone from 156lbs to 151lbs in about a week or so. Is this just water weight I'm losing? I've been eating around 1200-1300 cals a day.

Would be if you're just doing cardio or starting off in general. Try not to consume high salt foods so that you don't remember retain alot of water.

I'm 5'3 and am now 151lbs but aiming to get to 130lbs.0

That seems okay just check that it's not your BMR calories that you're following. But for best results, you do need to put an effort and Exercise, not just cardio either.0

It's probably a combination. There's no way to know even with the best fat measuring technology, because 4 lbs would be within the margin of measurement error. Just keep following your plan!0

Some will be water, but it doesn't matter, it all counts!0
