Starting Again . . .

What a rollercoaster! I'm starting again, and this time I have to be committed. I matter. I can make time for me each day. All my energy goes into my kids, husband and work (full time and the home). My commitment to myself is to put myself back on the list and make time for my health. I hate how I look, feel and that things are starting to creak and ache. I want to be strong again, feel good, run and play, love getting dressed in the morning. Deep breath - let's do it.

Good for you. I've fallen off and on the bandwagon before and all that matters is that you keep trying and try to be consistent. Every day I ask myself, am I being healthy today? Little steps will get you there. Good luck!
