Most people don't think about form.. I've seen really buffed guys with terrible form. You can't learn form just by reading about the lifts on Google and please.. Don't deadlift unless you've got the form nailed down..

One thing that I don't understand.. Guys who squat but can't do *kitten* to grass and won't stretch to fix it...
