Hi, I'm semi new to mfp. I've struggled with an eating disorder in the past where I was under eating . I would really like to not go there again. I have an open food log on here and I'd like to lose some weight again. But my main focus is getting healthy. I'd like to lose 15 to 20 pounds but the number really isn't important. I've posted an add yesterday with little response so I thought I'd repost an add with a little bit about my past and my goals.
I deal with anxiety and depression at times so I'd like to get healthier because I believe that what we put in our bodies really does effect our brain chemistry.
My bmi is 25.7 right now which is bordering on overweight.Im 5'4" and 150lbs. Please add me it doesn't matter what your weight is we can help each other stay accountable !

eating well and being active will really make you feel better about yourself and have a positive impact on anxiety and depression. i know it helps me a lot! good luck!
