stupid question about cardio and TDEE/daily requirements

im bulking and do 3 days of heavy lifting and 3 days of intense cardio.

i have a stupid question in regards to TDEE and days that i do cardio. Lets say for example that during my hour of cardio i burn 700 calories. Im currently bulking on 3000, so does that mean i add the 700 to that to make up for calories lost during my cardio, or is that figured into the TDEE when i select "very active"?

TIA

If it's the MFP default you would add in those calories and eat them. If you are doing a true TDEE then you would not. So you have to decide which you are following. What's your job? Are you "very active" all day long not counting exercise?

Most people following the MFP method add back only 1/2 of the exercise calories because they usually are overstated.

I don't think until you are wearing a Fitbit bracelet can you know how much calories you are actually burning
I am wearing mine for a week. My eyes have been opened.
Machines lie. My elliptical has my height and weight etc and tell me I lost 400 to 600 per hour...my Fitbit tells me it was 180...
    Classes lie.
what workout truly makes you lose 700 calories per hour?? Bec I kill myself kickboxing and sweat like a pig push myself to the max and my Fitbit tells me I lost 177 calories for the hour....not the 800 to 1000 advertised....
I know it could be bec I lost 25lbs and I am skinny now...so I burn less.

    Either way
I sweat and can't even breathe while boxing, doing planks, jumping jacks, pushing a double stroller with chubby 13 month olds in it uphill with high knees....still I lose less then 200 an hour my Fitbit says and it records my heart rate 24/7

So what exercise burns more. I will try it.

Yes, if you're doing a lot of cardio you'll need to eat more as you need to be in a surplus to bulk

    Re. the bold
If you mean the activity setting on here then be aware it isn't TDEE - it excludes exercise (job & lifestyle only), this site isn't a TDEE calculator.

You would have to another TDEE calculator site and manually set that as your goal - that number would then include an estimated average for your exercise routine and you would eat the same level daily.

Both methods work if done sensibly. Both methods need a feedback loop from your actual results over an extended period of time.
