My macros are set to
Fat 25
Carbo 25
Protein 50

At the end of the day I keep getting closer to 30 30 30 how do I change that? Or become more conscious

    What is your current weight and what do those percentages set your protein and fat grams to?

    33/33/33 is actually a pretty good split for most people. It all depends on how you feel and what your goals are though
