New-quest. On macros ( changing them)

Hey! Back again..... ok not sure I should change my macros.
-I hav Hashimotos (hypothyroidism)
-Overweight
-Self medicate by eating
-High cholesterol
-Close to being diabetic type 2
-just had ankle sugery 2 mths ago (still in boot)
-I think low Vit D
- I'm high rush not to bad of cardiac risk
- I'm a 43 yr
so I think my calorie count is 1300. But I'm sorta unsure if I should watch lower carbs?
-currently I hav Asthmatic Bronchitis
-don't smoke
Anyone hav any ideas. I'm embarrassed to indicate my weight. I hav gained like70 lbs in6 yrs. my Thyroid medication has been keep having to up it.
I would love any thoughts.

1) don't be embarrassed to indicate your weight - everyone starts somewhere - you need to be honest about your weight, about what you eat etc
what did MFP give you for your daily caloric intake? what did you set your goal for (.5/1/1.5/2lbs a week); are you weighing and tracking EVERYTHING?
If your hashi's is properly controlled, then losing weight shouldn't be an issue (in fact that is a sign that i need to get my levels checked, when my weight starts creeping up)1 -

I think right now I put 1 lb a week cause hard to brisk walk and get steps in with an ankle boot0 -
I lost what I just messaged back. I think cal count for Mfp is high 1300 low 1400 mayb. I'm easily discouraged. I don't hav much willpower. Ur sweet to reply thanx. I put 1lb week now. Hard to brisk walk or walk w my ankle boot on.
