Logging every day challenge all the way though Valentines day!!!

Just need a little push logging in everyday thought I do this board would like to keep this up till Valentines day!! Lets see who else struggles I know I do.

    Yesterday, I did well with logging but did not log after lunch time. After reviewing, I know I busted my allotted calories. I see why its so important to do it real time and to also P L A N meals.

    I m very busy my self and I keep forgetting to log. When at home at night I remember then I see all the calories I ate an then the following day I'll be more careful :wink: what I see is when I'm logging I'm more careful. Let's keep it up.

    Maybe be we need a system. Maybe we need a time to remind ourselves we have to comment at certain time? I don't know any suggestions ?

    I log everyday right after each meal. Not a challenge for me.

    I'll add you as a friend and check up on you to keep you going.

    847 yesterday. I know riptide low I just wasn't very hungry at dinner last night. I had a big lunch.
