Hey, I'm Adam, 22 years old and I'm new here. have around 40 pounds of fat i really want to lose. Looking for some motivational friends of all ages that want to be accountable for each other and make the journey easier. All ages welcome, I get along with everyone!

    Right on! This is my second time back since I quit last year n I have about 30 or 40 lbs to lose also. I want to try and use the social aspect of MFP more this time around n see if having a support system helps me more this time around. Im going to add you if that's okay! Let's help each other out!
