This is my second time at MFP. My motivation this time is my grandson's wedding in September and I would like to lose 4 stone in the next 8 months so it should, in theory, be a journey that is not too difficult. I would like the support of fellow travellers.

Starting this again for the first time since I quit last year... Though I fell off of pretty much all of my good habits. I have some how managed not to gain back ALL of my weight...at least this was the case the last time I weighed myself which was just before the holidays I think. But I have been actively thinking about and then putting off getting back on the horse for about two weeks now so who knows what damage I have done between the holidays and nearly two weeks of my, "last supper before I start my diet" attitude. The binging as been embarrassingly real... I plan to FINALLY make it to the gym today for my first workout back and to weigh myself. Would like to have some friends and try to get more into the social aspect of MFP this time.1
