I want to exercise but can't!

I'm so mad, I just started the Ramp it Up in slim in 6 and then my stupid body had to go and get sick!
I had the hideous flu, I feel tons better but I still have a cough. I was going to try and do it yesterday but just a little physical activity at work and I could feel stuff build up in my chest. I'm going to play it safe and wait a few more days.............uggh so MAD!:mad:

I'm right there with you. All I did last weekend was sleep. I wanted to get up, but after I was up all I wanted to do was go to sleep.

Sorry to hear about your sickness. That flu sure is a bad one. I've got a problem as well when it comes to not being able to exercise. I've got a sore hip. Not sure how I messed it up...probably twisted wrong or something. At-any-rate, I was walking on Mr. Treadmill last night and tweaked it just right. Wow did it hurt, but I kept going. That might have been a mistake. :frown: But however ironic it may seem...it's actually feeling numb today. Maybe that's what it needed.
Sorry about ranting on about my problem...I hope you get to feeling better soon!!!! And way to go on your weight loss. I'm just starting out, and I've got a LONG LONG way to go.0 -
Hope you feel better soon, I can't workout on Wed ever, I work from 8:30am-9:00pm every Wed :frown:0
