 Successes/struggles this week: I lost the water I was retaining from starting a lifting program so my body is adjusting. I made it through week 1 of 4 where I am alternating Insanity with weights at the gym. Stayed in calories after 2 weeks of being over. My struggle is getting enough protein to support my new lifting program. I'm supposed to get around 100g and I am averaging 70.1
