I often find that I am under calorie goals by at least 200 calories but often times I'm over on sodium, sugar, or carbs. I love my breads and cheeses....I cant help it. LOL0

I'm normally 500 cals under but as long As you feel full etc then it's ok0

500 under what goal?
It's not 'ok' if you're not eating enough to get adequate nutrition.0 -
I have complete meals.....when I don't miss a meal. Tracking and keeping a food diary is helping tremendously with my tendency towards restricting. I find I'm doing it much less.0
