Looking for snack ideas with 100 calories or less
thekitichn.com recently shared these nut counts equalling roughly 100 calories:
Almonds - 15 to 19 (17-18 g)
Cashews - 13 to 14 (18 g)
Peanuts - 2 tablespoons (17 g)
Pecans - 10 pecan halves (14-15 g)
Pistachios, shelled - 28 (18 g)
Pistachios, unshelled - 1/3 cup (40g)

Most fruits come in at right about 100 cals, but then I add cheese or PB for satiety. I'm also a big fan of single serving packs of guacamole with celery.0

Small amount of fish salad made with light mayo & 1-2 crackers.0

as long as you are weighing out your portion, you can make almost any snack come in around 100.2 -
