New York Eateries

Hello Everyone, We will be traveling to New York next month and wanted to get some food spots to try. I figured with all the walking we would be doing - I could afford a slice of pizza or two :) Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

    I dont eat a lot of pizza, and there are probably a million places to get it there, but I love this place called pergola des artistes... it's close to times square, has a prix fixe menu, and the food is amazing! it's french food, and really, really good! i recommend it. Also, there are places in china town to get dim sum, which is pretty much my favorite thing! let me know if you need details!

    Carmine's Italian Restaurant is really good and well known (http://www.carminesnyc.com/). They actually opened one up in DC which I need to check out now. Pizza from pretty much anywhere in New York is good - best pizza around. Try a bagel for breakfast too - NY bagels are good. :smile:
