I'm looking for daily menus, I do best when I have a plan to follow.

Id compile lists of food you like to eat, and make meals off of that list.
It's hard to plan meals for someone when you don't know their dietary needs, medical conditions, likes, dislikes, schedules, etc.0 -
You can find many different daily menus online but you will have to adapt them to your likes, dislikes, etc. I find it hard to plan beyond lunch as I have additional people to consider for the evening meals as well as weekends and holidays.0

I just have a notepad on my phone and every monday i fill in what i'll eat for breakfast/lunch/dinner every day for that week and then I make my grocery list based just off of the meals I've planned. This also helps because then I can't really stray from my plan because I don't have groceries for anything different.0
