    Starting this post late but have been tracking as I began a new fitness program this month and would love to participate.

    Successes/struggles this week: I lost the water I was retaining from starting a lifting program so my body is adjusting. I made it through week 1 of 4 where I am alternating Insanity with weights at the gym. Stayed in calories after 2 weeks of being over. My struggle is getting enough protein to support my new lifting program. I'm supposed to get around 100g and I am averaging 70.

    I prepped food for the first week a day just got groceries for this week.

    My struggles is with all the weight on me, I stay exhausted and fatigued. I plan to start walking tomorrow regardless.

    Started South Beach diet Pause 1 on Jan 1st. Just finished 2 weeks and lost 8.4lb. Now on to Phase 2... Loving it. On my way to 135!!!

    Successes/struggles this week: I don't know what happened this week... I was doing good until Saturday, down almost 3lbs. And then a few hurtful comments and a bowl of mashed potatoes later I gained most of my loss for the week back.

    Successes/struggles this week: My weight has settled after a pretty big whoosh for me last week and the smaller loss is expected but still disappointing. Success is that it is still a loss so slow and steady I am still approaching my goal.

    Successes/struggles this week: I still managed to lose this week even with a little too much wine over the weekend! Hopefully once the water retention subsides my weight loss will be even better. I'm just glad that it's coming off, even if it's slower than I was hoping for! :smile:
