Sooo I work in a warehouse ...and I'm constantly lifting, folding, standing, pushing ,stacking for 10-12 hours ...I want to log that in as exercise but how do I do that? Today I worked and I did a lot of waking, standing, bending, cutting, lifting and moving boxes and other items

Rather than log it as exercise, set your daily activity level appropriately. I believe your ought to be set at "Active"

This. MFP's daily calorie goal is based, in part, on any physical activity you get from work. Setting your activity level to "Active" and letting MFP do the rest is the easiest approach.

I worked in a warehouse picking items and just walked at a quick pace most of the time. I did log it and just said I walked at a average pace for 9 hours and removed breaks and such. I don't eat my workout calories back though I just was more curious about what I on average was burning calorie wise.
