wanting a new healthier me

Hello
My name is Tammy and I'm just starting a journey to lose weight. I just put on my jawbone" up" wrist band yesterday and I have to say I like it... but I need to get more motivated. .. I have a treadmill in our basement but I find excuses not to use it..
Do you have any motivational suggestions for me??

    Hey Tammy! I've been on this journey for 6 years. Lost a lot of weight and gained it all back. Throughout the years it has been tough but finally I decided to write down a journal with ALL the reasons why I'd like to be healthier !!!!! It will help. Just know that the only person stopping you is you!!!!

    Hi Tammy, Yes motivation can be difficult at times. I work all day on my feet and when I get home all I want to do is just sit down then it's hard to get going again. So I try to get done what I want to do before I sit down. LOL. At least you have a tredmill. Look at it that way. Your lucky to have one and maybe it will make you want to use it. Hope that helps. A treadmill would be nice this time of year. Not sure where your from but I'm from Ohio. It's too cold to go out walking here. :)
