Hi! Im new!

Hi there! I joined mfp today but had committed myself to losing weight in December 2016. I have been following a Paleo diet, and have been do pretty good so far. I weigh 280 and have lost 9lbs this month. This is the heaviest I have ever been. With having two kids, a husband, and a busy life, its been easy to avoid the scale. I now push myself to weigh myself everyday and look forward to finding new paleo recipes. Im looking forward to all the great stories and support here!

    Welcome to MFP! Congrats on your endeavor to be more healthy. I have been off MFP for awhile now and decided I needed to face some change in my eating habits. I had lost quite a bit a weight due to depression and then gained it all back and then some. You can do it! It will take time but the reward will definitely be there.
