Hi guys and girls! My name is Yvonne! Been going yo-yo style in regards to excercise and food... and never achieving my goal weight. 2017, new year, new mindset. Here to make some new friends who also share the same type of goal :)

    Exactly, ninerbuff is 100% correct. I wrote down what I wanted to achieve with my fitness, framed and put it beside my Bowflex. Seeing it everyday helped me shatter my goals 4 months early 2 different times. Feel free to add me.
