Eat a healthy, nutritious breakfast, like an omelet. Getting healthy doesn't mean going hungry (and getting cranky).

Yep if your hungry first a big glass of water, thats my morning ritual. Eat and just stay in your calorie goal at the end of the day.

Hungry is good. It means your body works the way it should, no machine runs without fuel. To get more healthy means you just need to pay attention to what you feed your body  When you're hungry, eat things that are good for you. When you are tired, make sure you get enough sleep. Drink water, move. Getting healthy is not suffering, it's taking care of yourself.

I can totally sympathize! I will tell you though, if I'm hitting at least (usually more) 8 glasses of H20 per day, I'm rarely hungry.

    Really?

I get hungry from walking to the toilet and back so many times...

I love waking up feeling hungry! Then I eat and it goes away. This is how it works! If you are finding that you feel hungry all the time, it is worth looking at what you are eating. Some foods will help you feel full for longer, but each person is individual in that respect. Play around with it and enjoy the process.
