I am not overweight on the scales however I have a lot of body fat and plenty of visible cellulite which I want to get rid of. I have a really bad sweet tooth too which doesn't help.

Sounds like you need to gain a little muscle and lose a little fat. You can do that by eating at maintenance and doing resistance training. Sweets are ok, but try to get the majority of your food from nutrient dense sources.0
